[Rock Lee is framed in front of the forest, facing his open journal. And several feet to either side are none other than Rapunzel and Ikki, both now with their own green jumpsuits. Rapunzel stands tall (as tall as her petite build will let her, anyway) with her hands on her hips, looking intensely off into the middle-distance. Ikki stands short, since she’s several heads taller than the other girl (...whoops), and her own stance is automatically something more native to an airbender, although she’s trying to look serious. She may or may not be trying not to giggle, though. ]

Youth! It is the most passionate and heartbreaking time of our lives. The springtime of youth! And it is a time that need never end. Just look at Gai-Sensei! His youth is preserved with age. And so our youth shall endure through our springtime of youth! Behold! Two of my own students here in Luceti... Rapunzel-san, also known as the Glamorous Yellow Tunneling Horror! And Ikki-chan, the Gracefully Circling Pink Bird of Prey! They are loyal and formidable. As for me, I am Konoha's Beautiful Green Wild Beast, Rock Lee! Together, we represent the future of Luceti!

[He does punches and kicks at the air.]

Yeah, it’s the springtime of youth! [ Ikki sounds fairly enthusiastic, although then she relaxes to derail herself, baffled. ] ...Although actually isn’t it the summertime of youth, ‘cause I’m pretty sure it’s summer... [ She’s not 100% sure what Lee means sometimes. Most times. ]

[ Rapunzel breaks form for a moment, puzzled. Ikki raises a valid point... ] Couldn’t summer be the time of youth, too? Shouldn’t we be youthful all year round?

That is correct! Just as youth is for all times of life, so does the springtime of youth extend for the whole year! [He gives a nice guy pose and then focuses back at the video feed.] Lately, as an extension of our youth, I have focused my training on the attainment of flight. It is a dream many laugh at and mock... much like most youthful dreams of youth! But I see the truth. The other month, the spirits possessed us, and our wings became incredible and graceful! So I believe, more earnestly than ever, that proper training can break us through this chrysalis phase we are currently in... and we shall all become flight-capable youths! Being here for a year, myself... I can almost feel the metamorphosis occurring! Join us if you wish. Let all us like-minded youths assemble... a flying flight club of flying youths!

I will have to think it over. Perhaps it can be applied to... petting our wings?

Do you think that's like rubbing a wolf's belly, but for birds?

[ Questions she never realized she had. ]

[Ammy is content to lie there up until she starts drooling too much, at which point she flips over and gets up, shaking off and looking content. She looks around - did she hear something about training?]

I have never considered that. Perhaps... [He says thoughtfully to Rapunzel. ...And then whoa, Amaterasu is up!]

Is something the matter?!

I thought birdies liked being scritched under their chins -

[ Whoa, the wolf is leaving them??? That's her first thought. ]

Awwwwwww.

Are you going somewhere?

[ Should they follow her if she is? ]

[She looks around at the little area they've been training in, before lowering herself and growling playfully. If we're doing fight-y stuff, she wants in on it!]

Arf!

No, I believe this creature wishes to stay! Do you wish to embrace your youth and take flight as well?

Oooooh, definitely do! Let's all go flying together!

Do you know how to fly, Flower Wolf?

[ She had flower magic, so... ]

[Fly? Uhhhh.

Oh! She can totally do it.

She trots just out of the way of them, and leaps! It's a good tall leap, too. And then, suddenly, she kicks off the air and jumps again!

But flight, it is not. She drops back onto the ground, on all fours. Stiiiill, she looks quite proud of herself.]

[He watches in stunned silence and almost believes that the wolf is succeeding in taking flight. ...Until he watches him land. But still impressive.]

Oh! You are certainly making leaps and bounds at the very least! I commend your skills, you sensational beast!

Ooooooooh! That was as good as an airbending jump! I give it a really good grade, with a sticker!

[ Well. At least she tried! That's half the battle. ]

If you stick with us, maybe you can learn how to fly, too!

[Learning how to fly would be cool! But Ammy turns her attention to Ikki's words, head tilting. "Airbending"?]

Would you learn from us? [He looks between Amaterasu and Ikki, wondering what is on her wolfy mind.]

[ The wolf was looking at her, right...?

In that case...

Ikki twirls in place, bending the air beneath her to jump up - fairly high, with the bending. She doesn't fall but instead floats back to the ground, light as a leaf. ]

Like that!

[ Rapunzel claps her hands. ]

Very nice, Ikki!

[Whoa! You can control wind, too, eh? Ammy barks, before summoning a strong wind. She can do wind, too.

A-although she'll grab Ikki's clothes if the little girl gets blown away because oops divine gale winds...]

[Lee gasps.]

You have wind powers of your own!

[ Ikki laughs as the wind picks her up - she's no stranger to being thrown around by the forces of nature (KORRA) and apparently is not worse for the wear - especially considering it's wind, and she knows wind.

She'll still pat Ammy's head as she touches back down, cheerful. ]

Wo-ow! So you're a really magical doggy! That's super, super neat. I wish I could speak dog...
