But friendship is one of the greatest rewards one could hope for! I promise you... It will be worth it! [Rock Lee was trying to be considerate for anyone he could be stuck under the mistletoe with. So enjoy a breath that seems overloaded with toothpaste. Did he try drinking it or something?]

[That... is not what Emil was expecting. It isn't what he wanted, either, and it HURTS, but because of the mistletoe he can't move out of the way. All he can do is just sort of absorb the blow as best he can with a yelp.]

I think you felt angry at me for some reason, but I'm not sure why. Did I say something wrong?

Emil-kun... We must act fast! [Not realizing that the misteltoe's effect was ended, he leans in and tries to kiss Emil.]

[That's all he manages to get out before SUDDEN UNEXPECTED KISS oh god what is even going on.

He's too surprised to pull away, too, meaning that the kiss will likely last for longer than he really wants it to.]

[He closes his eyes and holds up the smooch for a bit, too, just to make sure, and then he pulls back.]

Was that enough... Is it over? Are we free of its curse?
